These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of speaking, coaching, and related services provided by Roger Caesar / Caesar Empire (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
 

1. Services

We provide professional speaking, coaching, and training services. The scope, duration, and fees will be agreed upon prior to service delivery.
 

2. Payments

All fees are due as specified at the time of booking. Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

3. Client Responsibilities​

• You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information.

• You acknowledge that coaching services are educational and supportive in nature; results depend on your own actions and implementation.
   

4. Confidentiality​

We maintain strict confidentiality for all coaching sessions and client communications. Information will not be shared with third parties without consent, except where required by law.

5. Intellectual Property​

All materials provided (including presentations, handouts, and resources) remain the intellectual property of Roger Caesar / Caesar Empire and may not be reproduced, distributed, or resold without written permission.
 

6. Limitation of Liability​

We strive to provide high-quality coaching and speaking services, but do not guarantee specific results. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our services.

7. Hold Harmless​

By engaging with our services, you agree to hold harmless and indemnify Roger Caesar, Caesar Empire, and any affiliates, agents, contractors, or partners from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from your participation in our coaching, speaking, or training services.

 

8. Governing Law​

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, as well as applicable federal laws of Canada and the United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Ontario, unless otherwise agreed.
 

9. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of any changes.
